A flat €18 per delivery, paid online through Stripe. The traveller receives €13; the rest covers payment fees, infrastructure and support.
Yes: London → Paris and Paris → London. All it takes is a traveller publishing that trip.
You pass your 4-digit code to the recipient. At handover, the traveller enters it in the app: the delivery is confirmed, and only then is the traveller paid.
You get a full refund (processed within 5 to 10 business days). Without the handover code, the traveller is never paid.
